POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Global Marketing Manager with proven experience in the travel and tourism industry. The ideal candidate will be a well-rounded marketer who can confidently lead and coordinate all marketing efforts across our global divisions, ensuring brand alignment, message consistency, and measurable impact across all platforms.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced marketer to take a leadership role in shaping the voice, image, and outreach of three prominent travel brands operating in a highly competitive international marketplace.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and Oversee Global Marketing Strategy
- Align marketing plans with company goals across all divisions (ATS Travel, Brook Green DMC, FHTglobal)
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and campaigns
• Content Creation & Campaign Development
- Review, update, and create compelling marketing content (digital and print) for client presentations, brochures, websites, and promotional materials
- Develop and execute social media campaigns across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.), including tracking and performance analysis
- Collaborate with local teams to gather destination-specific content and success stories
• Digital Marketing & Online Presence
- Manage SEO/SEM strategies and paid media efforts in collaboration with digital vendors or in-house resources
- Oversee website content and ensure regular updates and optimization
- Monitor and report on KPIs including traffic, engagement, and lead generation
• Tradeshow and Industry Event Coordination
- Plan and coordinate tradeshow participation across global destinations, including booth logistics, messaging, marketing collateral, and post-event follow-up
- Represent the company at key global industry events when needed
• Vendor and Partner Management
- Liaise with external agencies, freelancers, and partners as needed to support creative production, media buying, and PR initiatives
• Market Intelligence and Competitive Analysis
- Stay up to date with trends in global travel marketing, competitor activities, and client behavior
- Identify opportunities for differentiation and growth

This is a full-time role based in one of our global offices: Hallandale Beach, FL; London; Edinburgh; or Monaco. Hybrid work arrangements may be considered for the right candidate. Must be eligible to work in one of the listed countries. Remote candidates may be considered but must be able to travel to office locations if necessary.
