We’re looking for an experienced Technical Lead with over 10 years in modern software technologies to provide architectural direction, technical guidance, and delivery oversight across multiple modernization and integration projects.

This role requires a hands-on leader who can collaborate across frontend, backend, DevOps, and infrastructure teams—ensuring that every solution is scalable, secure, and cloud-ready.

Key Responsibilities

Define and communicate the technical vision for applications and integrations across projects.
Guide design, code review, and deployment strategies for performance, scalability, and security.
Work closely with DevOps on AWS infrastructure, CI/CD automation, and cloud configurations.
Lead teams across frontend, backend, and integration domains to ensure cohesive delivery.
Collaborate with business and product teams to translate requirements into modular, cloud-ready solutions.
Promote best practices in design, documentation, and development standards.
Oversee authentication and security frameworks (Okta, Keycloak, OAuth2, SAML).
Coordinate with integration teams using Boomi, MuleSoft, or similar middleware tools.
Participate in sprint planning, architecture reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Stay up to date with emerging technologies, AI/ML trends, and modern development practices.

What You Bring

10+ years of hands-on software development and architecture experience.
Strong understanding of modern web frameworks, backend APIs, cloud infrastructure, and DevOps pipelines.
Proven experience leading modernization and integration initiatives.
Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project management methodologies.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
