Job Title: Sr. User Experience Designer

Salary/Pay Rate: $88.99 to $98.88/Hourly (W2)

Hours: Full-time

Duration: Approx. 12 Month Assignment (Extension Potential)

Job Description:

The UX Designer V role will:

• Craft innovative advertising strategies to engage and excite customers globally.
• Collaborate extensively with a large number of stakeholders across various departments and multiple, large organizations, including UX, Product, and Engineering. The ability to earn trust and build clear relationships is critical.
• Drive design for existing ad experiences on mobile, new ad formats for live content (e.g., sports, concerts), and evolving advertising sponsorship experiences (e.g., brand integration across a series).

Key Responsibilities Include (Day-to-Day):

• Problem Discovery: Analyzing customer problems, conducting research (user research, internal stakeholder discussions), and understanding technological capabilities.
• Solution Design & Delivery: Developing shared visions with product and business partners, putting together design perspectives, sharing them with collaborators (including senior leadership), and designing out solutions for delivery, partnering closely with technology teams.
• Measuring UX innovation effectiveness.
• Significant cross-functional collaboration is expected, as the team operates at the intersection of four different organizations that require alignment.

Required Skills:

• 7+ years of experience in the design industry itself, focusing on work with direct business results.

• Experience in living room device design & digital ad design is required.

Living Room Device Design: Experience designing for streaming devices (e.g., Roku, Netflix, Hulu) or large living room gaming devices.

Digital Ad Design: Familiarity with the specific business area and customer goals of the advertising world.

• Expert proficiency in Figma, including extensive prototyping. This role involves taking strategies from early stages to detailed prototypes and preparing production-ready design assets for engineers.
• Demonstrated ability to hand off production-ready design assets to engineers.
• Interest in or experience with AI in design processes and customer solutions is critical.
• Strong communication skills, with a proven ability to communicate clearly, earn trust, and build relationships across diverse and large teams.
• Comfortable in ambiguous environments and able to work autonomously, helping to establish processes and direction for a relatively new team.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in live event design or experiences.
• Multi-device design experience.
• Strong design strategy skills.
• Visual design skills (e.g., proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator).
• Familiarity with AI tooling.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $88.99 to $98.88 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
