This is a US Based remote role. As a key member of the Social Media team, you will be the voice of exciting new titles, connecting with players worldwide. You’ll develop and execute innovative social media strategies, manage content calendars, and oversee campaigns that amplify game launches and ongoing engagement. Your creativity and deep understanding of social media trends will be essential in growing our online presence and fostering thriving communities.

What You’ll Do

Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with overall brand voice and objectives.
Define channel priorities, set goals, and track performance metrics.
Create engaging social media campaigns for key game releases and events.
Lead content ideation brainstorms and generate high-quality content daily.
Curate user-generated content and identify potential influencer partnerships.
Provide strategic recommendations to the creative team for social media asset development.
Monitor social sentiment, respond to community comments, and foster positive engagement.
Track and analyze channel performance, providing regular reports and insights.

Must-Have Qualifications

5 years experience with experience as a Social Media Manager
5 years of experience in social media strategy, planning, and implementation.
5 years of experience working at a major game publisher
Experience managing high-volume social media channels for a well-known brand or product.
Must have experience with TikTok and understand the culture around it
Exceptional knowledge of social media trends and best practices.
Strong understanding of community engagement and audience strategy.
5 years of experience in analytics – can drive insights into action
Excellent copywriting skills and ability to adapt to different brand voices.
Strong data analysis and reporting skills.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:.

Experience with Sprinklr and native social media analytics platforms.
