Job Description

We're looking for a passionate Lead Data Scientist / ML Engineer to join an exciting EdTech project for one of our clients.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of machine learning models and data-driven solutions
Collaborate with the client's product and engineering teams to integrate ML models into their platform
Build and maintain scalable data pipelines ensuring data quality and reliability
Research and implement new algorithms and technologies to enhance product performance
Present insights and recommendations to both internal and client stakeholders
Support decision-making through data analysis, A/B testing, and experimentation
Ensure best practices in coding, documentation, and model deployment

Profile / Requirements

5+ years of experience in data science or machine learning
Strong programming skills in Python and SQL, and solid knowledge of ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
Hands-on experience with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
Deep understanding of statistics, data modeling, and MLOps principles
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
English at B2 level or higher (both written and spoken)
Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
