Aerosweep is looking for a Part-Time Aviation Marketing Coordinator to help us amplify our voice across digital platforms, industry events, and thought leadership content.
We manufacture the FOD*BOSS, the world’s leading airfield debris sweeping system, designed to remove dangerous debris from high value surfaces. Our products are trusted by airports and defence forces all over the world.
We have a global reach, but we remain a small, hands-on team focused on results, innovation, and practical solutions that help make runways and operational environments safer.

About the Role
· Location: Remote (US Based)
· Type: Part-Time Employee
· Hours: 16 hours per week, with flexibility in when and how you work
· Leave: 4 weeks of paid leave annually
This is a long-term, flexible role suited to someone who can manage their time effectively and enjoys working autonomously while being part of a supportive, responsive team. You’ll have the opportunity to shape and lead day-to-day marketing activities, while collaborating directly with the leadership team for bigger-picture strategy and ideas.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Content Creation
· Create, schedule, and manage posts across platforms (primarily LinkedIn, Facebook & Instagram)
· Maintain a consistent brand tone and voice that reflects Aerosweep’s professional, safety-first image
· Use tools like Canva, Chat GPT & Jasper to create and schedule content
· Monitor post engagement and provide light reporting or recommendations
Tradeshow & Event Coordination
· Organize logistics for major tradeshows in the US and internationally
· Liaise with event organizers, book booth spaces, coordinate freight/shipping, and manage promotional materials
· Assist with briefing team members who will attend and promote events via digital channels
Blog & Email Marketing
· Write and publish informative, SEO-optimized blog content that appeals to our B2B audience (aviation, defence, safety, maintenance)
· Plan and send email campaigns to our subscriber list using our CRM
· Track email engagement, open rates, and help iterate for improvement over time
AI & Tech-Enabled Marketing Support
· Use AI tools like ChatGPT & Jasper to support drafting, research, and campaign ideation.
· Assist in developing visual marketing materials using Canva, Figma, or Adobe tools
· Embrace automation and digital tools to work efficiently and creatively
What We’re Looking For
· Experience: 2+ years in a marketing or communications role, preferably in a B2B or industrial/technical field
· Writing Ability: Strong copywriting and editing skills with an ability to adapt tone and language to suit a professional audience
· Organization: Excellent attention to detail and time management — especially when juggling multiple tasks like trade show planning and content calendars
· Tech Comfort: A natural fluency with marketing tools, platforms, and AI-assisted workflows
· Independence: Comfortable working remotely and making day-to-day decisions with minimal supervision
· Collaboration: A team player who can communicate clearly and proactively with a small, globally distributed team
