We’re seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Team Lead to oversee paid media strategy, team development, and client success. This role combines hands-on campaign management (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) with leadership responsibilities, including 1:1 mentorship, team growth, and client communication.

Develop and optimize Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and full-funnel digital marketing strategies.
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, bid management, and A/B testing.
Analyze data to maximize ROI, reduce CAC, and scale performance.
Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and emerging best practices.
Qualifications
✅ 5+ years in performance marketing (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and strategy).
✅ 2+ years in a leadership role (team management, mentoring, or client-facing leadership).
✅ Expertise in SEM, paid social, and data-driven decision-making.
✅ Strong analytical skills (Google Analytics, Data Studio, pivot tables).
✅ Exceptional communication—able to simplify complex insights for clients/stakeholders.
✅ Self-motivated with a remote-first mindset.
Compensation
$1,250 – $2,500 USD/month (based on experience).
