Hegla is looking for highly skilled and experienced Robotics Programmer adept in designing, programming, and optimizing robotic systems, with a specialized focus on Fanuc, Kuka, and Kawasaki robots. Proficient in both industrial and collaborative robot applications, possessing a comprehensive understanding of robotic kinematics, dynamics, and control systems. Known for delivering innovative solutions that enhance efficiency, productivity, and safety in manufacturing environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and troubleshoot robotic programs for various applications, including assembly, welding, material handling, and machining.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, identify technical challenges, and propose effective robotic solutions.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of robotic systems to ensure compliance with performance specifications and safety standards.
- Optimize robot trajectories, motion profiles, and cycle times to maximize throughput and minimize downtime.
- Provide training and support to operators, technicians, and engineers on robotic programming, operation, and maintenance.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in robotics to continuously improve processes and capabilities.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience programming and integrating Fanuc, Kuka, and Kawasaki industrial robots.
- Proficiency in robot programming languages such as Karel, KRL, and AS.
- Strong understanding of robotic kinematics, dynamics, and control theory.
- Familiarity with simulation software (e.g., Roboguide, KUKA.Sim) for offline programming and virtual commissioning.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work within multidisciplinary teams.
- Prior experience in automotive, aerospace, or manufacturing industries preferred.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Fanuc Certified Robot Programmer) a plus.
