Mobile Developer (Flutter/React Native) - PT Freelance - Americas

Must-Have Technical Skills

• 7–10+ years as a senior engineer (the more senior, the better)
• Strong experience in Flutter, React Native, OR both
• Deep GitHub expertise:
  - GitHub Organizations
  - Repo migrations
  - Permission & access structure
  - Branch strategy + commit history auditing
• Experience auditing/verifying codebases for completeness
• Ability to evaluate mobile app deliverables against an SOW
• Able to supervise a clean, transparent repo transfer
• Strong understanding of mobile architecture, dependencies, and backend integrations (Firebase/AWS/etc.)

Must-Have Soft Skills

• Confident operating as the senior technical adult in the room
• Comfortable acting as a neutral party between founders
• Strong communicator
• Able to summarize findings clearly in a 1–2 page report
• Can work quickly and decisively
• No prior connection to either party (true neutrality)

Nice-to-Have

• FlutterFlow experience
• Experience with technical mediation, audits, or founder disputes
• Ability to finish or repair missing/incomplete assets after transfer

Scope of Engagement

Phase 1 — GitHub Org Verification

• Confirm the company’s GitHub Organization is properly set up
• Validate permissions, ownership, admin roles, and security
• Ensure the org is fully ready to receive repos/assets

Phase 2 — Repo & Asset Verification + Supervised Transfer

• Confirm the repo exists and is complete
• Audit code structure, branches, commits, and dependencies
• Identify missing components or incomplete deliverables
• Supervise the actual transfer into the org
• Document any gaps in a short summary

Phase 3 (Optional)

• Pick up dev work if assets arrive incomplete or need cleanup
