We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist with deep expertise in Performance Marketing to join our B2C team. The ideal candidate will leverage our extensive data to understand and optimize the full consumer journey, develop predictive models for marketing effectiveness, and provide data-driven alerts and actions to maximize ROI.
Responsibilities
- Must Have: Conduct in-depth analysis of marketing campaign performance, customer behavior, and the full consumer journey (acquisition to retention).
- Must Have: Develop and implement predictive models (e.g., LTV, Churn, propensity to convert) to optimize marketing spend and strategy across various channels.
- Must Have: Design and manage systems for real-time monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) and alerting on critical data points that require immediate action or team intervention.
- Collaborate closely with Performance Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to identify data requirements and deliver actionable insights that directly influence campaign execution and business outcomes.
- Translate complex data findings and analytical results into clear, concise, and compelling recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Data Scientist or similar role with a strong focus on Performance Marketing (mandatory).
- Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional teams to monitor the consumer journey and drive data-informed actions.
- Proficiency with SQL and data warehousing solutions (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift).
- Expertise in building and implementing predictive and statistical models relevant to B2C marketing (e.g., attribution, clustering, forecasting).
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with a track record of translating data insights into measurable business impact.
Nice to Have
- Experience with advanced marketing analytics tools, such as MTA (Multi-Touch Attribution) or Mix Modeling.
- Experience in a high-volume B2C environment.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker) to present marketing performance effectively.
