### Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled **Solutions Engineer** with expertise in devops, full-stack development, data engineering, and experienced in leadership roles growing teams. This role requires proximity to the Eastern Time Zone in the US to facilitate collaboration with our team.

#### Responsibilities

*   Establish solutions infrastructure to support our technology initiatives.
*   Engage in development to enhance data insights, by leveraging hyper-personalization experiences.
*   Implement real-time identity resolution coupled with transactional, behavioral and 1st party data to establish prediction models to improve conversions and performance in ROI.
*   Contribute to management of offshore teams.

#### Required Skills

*   Strong understanding and experience with development.
*   Proficiency in development technologies.
*   Expertise in data engineering and analytics.

#### Nice to Have

*   Familiarity with performance marketing platforms such as **Everflow**, **Retreaver**, **Tune**, **Ringba**, and contact centers is preferred but not necessary.
*   Background in performance marketing and lead generation is preferred.
