Position Overview:

YieldNest seeks a dynamic Social Media Manager deeply entrenched in the crypto landscape. We need a hands-on strategist to manage our social media presence and drive engagement across all platforms. The ideal candidate is crypto native, possessing comprehensive knowledge of blockchain, DeFi, and cryptocurrency. This role demands adaptability, the ability to handle stress, and staying abreast of industry trends.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to elevate brand awareness, foster engagement, and expand our community across diverse platforms like Twitter, Telegram, Discord, Reddit, and LinkedIn.
• Curate high-quality, engaging content, including posts, graphics, videos, and interactive media, aligning with - YieldNest's brand identity and resonating with our target audience.
• Monitor social media and DeFi trends, discussions, and competitor activities, seizing opportunities for engagement and content creation.
• Actively engage with our community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally, nurturing positive relationships and building brand loyalty.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute social media campaigns, promotions, and events, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives and KPIs.
• Analyze social media performance metrics, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and generate regular reports to measure effectiveness and inform future strategies.
• Stay updated on the latest trends, best practices, and platform updates in social media marketing, sharing insights and recommendations to optimize our social media presence and performance.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in social media management, community management, or related roles within the Defi or crypto industry.
• In-depth understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices, with hands-on experience managing corporate social media accounts.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft compelling, engaging content that drives user interaction and engagement.
• Proven ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and visual aesthetics, proficient in graphic design tools and video editing software.
• Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
