Recurring Meetings:

Monday Morning (15 mins, optional): Social/Work check in, share with the team what you did over the weekend and what you are looking forward to for the week!
Bi-Weekly Guild meetings (Backend, Frontend, QA): discuss challenges/learnings across teams
Daily Standup (15 mins): quick check on blockers and discuss how the team can help out.
